Sometimes the pathology is so sophisticated that internal and external are used for big hemorrhoids that can be called internal or external hemorrhoids or piles. Those Piles are too painful. Thrombosis means the blood has come out of the vein and clotted within the skin so that's why the piles get purple or blackish color. How do doctor diagnoses come to this level?
